Characteristics
If the default comprehensice possibilities are not enough for your requirements, one of the possibilities is to request a customized i-Reserve. The application has been designed in such a way that custom components can be made for individual customers. For example, a special way to calculate prices or a workflow with specific actions attached to it. Some of the characteristics are:
- a clear impact analysis will be presented before the project starts
- planning will be made of each component
- during development you can already start using default features, and functionalities so that the project phase can be as short as possible
- plenty of manuals, though our help desk is available if needed
Request
You are interested. What's next? Enter your wishes and requirements in our form which appears when you click on the proposal request block. Based on these requirements, we will contact you for an impact analysis. Based on this analysis, you will receive a financial proposal, including the planning of the project. Only if you give a 'go a head' on this proposal, we will start building.
During the project phase we will communicate about updates and planning. After development, several test phases will be planned. Typically, this is the phase where also end-user training will be given.
